Requirements: JOB PURPOSE: ASS is responsible for following up implementing Oracle CRM applications Including Telesales, Teleservice, Field Sales, Field Service, Service Contracts and Marketing application for engineering products environment . Duties and Tasks: . Will be responsible for implementing / follow up implementation activities with Third parties for Oracle CRM modules as mentioned above, this includes acting As project coordinator and systems analyst. . Will recommend and suggest using more sophisticated ways to manage Business flow using Oracle various software modules according to need . Will follow up / support Oracle order management . Will manage data entry teams . Will support call center operations
Qualifications:
Trained in Oracle CRM Field . Have knowledge about Oracle Apps navigation and system administration o Bachelor Degree in business administration , computer science or engineering o Good business knowledge for CRM science o Must be a team player , enthusiastic and willing to work and learn around the Clock
