Job Details Specialized Solution company , located in Nasr City , is looking for a Technical Support
Job Description:
• Hardware Assembly & maintenance (Pc Installation . troubleshooting )
• Resolve problems related to computer hardware, operating system, software, network and printers
• Software installation & maintenance (Windows, Office , DB , Support tools , antivirus)
• Network hardware installation & maintenance (SW, Cables , NIC , using Network tools)
• Network Administration ( troubleshooting – monitoring)
• Familiar with Data Server & ISA Server installation and Administration
• Familiar with Internet configuration & Maintenance (ADSL)
• Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly.
• Min 1 year experience.
